I bring you a unique and powerful set of talents, knowledge and experiences that makes Bake With Me so special.

I LOVE BEING A TEACHER:

I bring over 15 years of experience as a fully qualified and registered primary school teacher, with a deep understanding of how children learn, develop skills, and build confidence. My teaching practice is grounded in clear instruction, scaffolding, and supportive guidance that meets learners where they are.

By combining educational expertise with professional baking knowledge, I create high-quality learning experiences that are structured, engaging, and purposeful. I place strong value on relationships and see myself as a coach, guiding families through the learning process and helping both children and adults succeed in the kitchen and beyond.

I LOVE BEING A MUM:

I've got 2 beautiful children who are 3 and 5 so as you can imagine, life is busy! As a mum, I get what baking with kids can be like! I've created Bake With Me & Baking Club to allow time and space to create special memories with your children by baking together in a fun & relaxed way.

Through Baking Club, I take some of the stress out of baking with children by providing a fun environment with easy to follow recipes. Our bake-along videos are perfect for older children to gain independence & younger children to begin their baking journey.

I LOVE BEING A BAKER:

I have always loved baking and had a natural feel for it from a young age. Baking alongside my dad as a child sparked a lifelong passion for creating food that brings people together.

That passion grew into my home baking business, Macarons & More, where I spent years baking for markets, events, weddings, and birthdays. Through this experience, I developed strong technical skills and a professional understanding of baking consistency, quality, and process.

Today, I specialise in writing and testing child-friendly recipes that are clear, achievable, and dependable. I believe baking is a powerful skill for all ages, but especially for children, as it builds confidence, independence, and joy.
